2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments can be booked online or by phone.
Free cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before your appointment.
No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to charges.
Test reports are usually delivered within the committed timeline, but delays may occur due to medical or technical reasons.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payments must be made online or at the time of sample collection.
Prices may vary by test and are subject to change without notice.
Refunds are only issued if a test is canceled in advance or not performed due to Lab Expert’s error.
No refund is available once the test is completed and the report is issued.

4. Use of Website

You may use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse or interfere with site functionality, attempt unauthorized access, or upload harmful content.

5. Data Privacy
